Team Workouts

SPRING & SUMMER 2016

Monday

6pm – Team Run led by Eric Sach from Vo2 Performance Center.  Come run with local running legend and owner of the Balanced Athlete Eric Sach.  Get some tips on form and mechanics from someone who knows his stuff!  Duration about 1 hour (6-8 miles) and may include some form drills and a little tempo depending on the group.

Tuesday

5pm and 6pm – Team Track session coached by Vo2Multisport Senior Coach Rocky Ursino.  Venue is the International School in Bellevue.  Two time options, same session.

Friday

Noon – Multi ride (indoor structured intensity) at Vo2 Performance Center.  Session coached and led by Vo2Multisport Senior Coach Kirsten Purdy.  Bring your own bike and sign up through Mind Body site.

1:15pm – Team TRX session at Vo2 Performance Center.  Led by Ben Bigglestone.

Saturday

2pm – Team Pool Swim at Samena Swim & Recretion Club ($8 fee for members, $10 for non members).  Coached by Melissa Kegler

Sunday

7:45am – Team Pool Swim at Samena Swim & Recretion Club ($8 fee for members, $10 for non members).  Coached by Ben Bigglestone

9:15-30am – Team Ride leaving from Samena.  Not formally coached.

***Many team members also support Swim4tri which is a twice weekly swim session at Samena, please contact Samena for more details.
